Golf Resort chatbot

In this newsletter i want to show you an AI Automation deliverable i recently created!

It is basically a Lead gen chatbot leveraging automations and Assistants API from OpenAI.

I handled frequently asked questions on a golf resort’s website and also has the capabilities to capture lead information regarding golf courses, memberships and feedback.

When users ask questions that Voiceflow does not know how to answer, it will route the question to the Assistant API answering the question. The assistant is programmed to be a golf resort customer support bot with knowledge about the specific resort.

But it doesn’t stop there…

To leverage the data from this bot fully, it saves several data info in an Airtable database. One cool feature is saving the individual ThreadID so we can get a transcript of the users interaction with the bot and further analyze common questions.

It also captures lead data if the user want to attend a golf beginner course, saving the lead in Airtable and notifying the resort.

This eliminates the need to answer super common questions users might have. It can also capture a lead that has interest in starting with golf.

This system provides huge value to the Golf resort owners as it can :

A) Save time on customer support
B) Increase the amount of sales - memberships
C) Gives valuable data and feedback
